We manage out of stock product to our customers preference. We can either split-ship products so consumers receive what we have in stock and ship the backordered product(s) once received or hold the whole order until product is received.

What happens if a customer returns an item?

Our team follows specific return guidelines from each client we have. Our employees will put the returned products through the quality control process in place and ensure the product is deemed available for re-sale or be discarded based on your standards! We then share the information about what was returned with our customers so they can refund their consumers!
