Integrations
The fulfillment journey begins with the initial setup of our database and connecting with your ecommerce or order management system. We have the tools and resources available to make your connection a success. Offering both pre-configured integrations for commonly used platforms or custom integrations to meet your specific business needs, we are prepared to setup your integration.
Receiving
Once programming is complete, we identify a transportation scheme designed to mitigate product being out of stock in a warehouse. Once product arrives at our location, we accurately and efficiently add it to inventory. Whether it’s products we've produced in-house or items shipped from across the U.S. or overseas, our team ensures that all goods are verified and logged into our system within 24 hours. This rapid processing guarantees that your products are ready for immediate shipment, minimizing the risk of backorders and keeping your customers satisfied.
Pick/Pack
When a customer places an order on your eCommerce platform, the details are instantly transmitted to our warehouse. Our system identifies the most cost-effective shipping and packaging options, ensuring that your products are sent out in the most economical way possible. Our team members then locate the items in storage, carefully select the correct products, and securely pack them in the appropriate packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping
The final step in our fulfillment process is shipping. Once the package is ready, a shipping label is generated based on the best carrier option, whether it's UPS, FedEx, or USPS. These packages are then transferred to the shipping docks, where they are picked up by the carriers throughout the day, ensuring timely delivery to your customers.
